Who we are
CourtDuo Stats (stats.courtduo.app) is operated by CourtDuo.app, available at https://courtduo.app, the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@courtduo.app
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and the name you give us. To log in, we send a 6-digit code to your email; we store only a hashed copy, it expires after 15 minutes and can be used once.
- Matches you record: player names, optional tournament name, format, surface, indoor/outdoor, whether it is a practice match, start and finish times, and the points and statistics you enter.
- Players list: first names and surnames of players you save to your list.
- Technical data: our servers log IP addresses and requests for security and troubleshooting, kept for a limited period.
Players' names, including juniors
You may enter the names of other people, including children, as players. Enter only names you are entitled to record. You are responsible for having their or their parents' agreement where needed.
Live score links
If you share a live link for a match, anyone with the link can see the players' first names and surname initials, the score, who is serving, and a few match statistics, during the match and for 20 minutes after it ends. Nothing else is shown: no full surnames, tournament, date or account details. Live pages are marked so search engines do not index them. You can revoke a link at any time, and it stops working immediately.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in (up to 400 days, renewed when you use the app) and one to remember your light/dark theme. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we process your data
To provide the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Players' names entered by users, and server logs, are processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): recording matches and keeping the service secure.
Who processes it for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH: server hosting, EU.
- Neon: database hosting, AWS Frankfurt, EU.
- Brevo: sending login codes and account emails.
- Payments: if you buy a plan or a Match pack, the payment is handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details directly; we never see or store your card details. Paddle tells us your email address, which plan you bought and whether the payment succeeded.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your account and matches remain until you delete them. You can delete any match yourself; deletion is permanent. You can delete your account yourself in your personal area, or by emailing contact@courtduo.app. Deleted data disappears from our daily backups within 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or object to its processing, at contact@courtduo.app. You may also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live, where you work, or where you believe a breach took place.

We will post any changes here with a new date.
