Terms of Use

1. The service

CourtDuo Stats lets you score tennis matches, see statistics, keep a players list and share a live score link.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email address, so keep access to that address secure. You are responsible for what you enter in your account, including the names of players you record.

3. Plans and prices

Solo plan: free. Duo plan: €6 per month. Coach plan: €11 per month. Match pack: €4 for 5 matches. What each plan includes is shown on the Plans page. Prices include VAT. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a new price applies from your next billing period after the notice ends.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Subscriptions

Duo and Coach plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Manage plan. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for; after that your account returns to the Solo plan. Your matches and statistics are kept. If you have more tracked players than the Solo plan allows, you choose which one stays tracked.

6. Match pack

A Match pack gives full features for 5 new matches of your tracked player. It is used automatically when you create a match, and these matches do not count toward the free weekly limit. Unused matches do not expire while your account exists.

7. Who we are

CourtDuo Stats (stats.courtduo.app and live.courtduo.app) is operated by Piotr Szewczyk, trading as CourtDuo ("we"). Contact: contact@courtduo.app.

8. Live links

Anyone with a live link can see the score of that match. A link stops working 20 minutes after the match ends. You can stop a live link at any time.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, try to disrupt it or access other accounts, or collect data from it by automated means.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe (nightly backups, kept for 14 days), but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in your profile. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app before they apply.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
